3-4 hours/day is the deliberate practice limit
Elite performers (violinists, chess players, athletes) practice deliberately for 3-4 hours/day MAX. More than that, performance declines. It's mentally and physically exhausting.

"Just do it more" doesn't work
Doing something for 10,000 hours makes you experienced, not excellent. Taxi drivers who drive for decades don't navigate better than new drivers - they plateaued. Deliberate practice never plateaus.
